Medical Bill Processing Auditor II

• Accurately enter and review Workers' Compensation or no-fault medical bills using client systems.
• Reference online documents, client-specific instructions, and training materials to ensure proper and compliant bill review.
• Add or update Provider and Payee information as appropriate.
• Identify duplicate and reconsideration bills accordingly.
• Perform quality checks on completed work, as directed by the Supervisor or Manager.
• Proactively identify system issues or billing discrepancies and communicate observations or recommendations to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in medical billing or healthcare claims review.
• Proficient in applying CPT, ICD, and HCPCS coding standards.
• Familiarity with medical billing software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage workload independently and follow established procedures.
• Willing to work a shifting schedule and transition to a hybrid work setup upon successful completion of training.
• Candidates with advanced experience in US healthcare and claims management are welcome to apply.
• Adept at using the 10-key pad with a minimum of 10,000+ kph or equivalent bill processing rate.
• Experience with Workers’ Compensation and Auto / No-Fault medical billing is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Property and Casualty insurance processes is highly beneficial.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
