Medical Billing Specialist | Census

Account specific roles & responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the census team to review and process patient admissions.
• Create 3559 forms and IVFs for the facility accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review online insurance queries, obtain patient benefits, and print eligibility information from portals.
• Contact insurance providers to verify coverage, obtain proof of benefits, and confirm portal information.
• Record reference numbers and maintain accurate documentation for all insurance communications.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and insurance regulations.

• At least 1-year BPO experience in a Healthcare account
• Good working knowledge with US healthcare claims / census
• Familiar with Medicare / Medicaid
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Makati
• Amenable working night shift
