Medical Billing Specialist | Get a 21K Signing Bonus

Account specific roles & responsibilities:

• Verify patient insurance coverage and process insurance claims efficiently
• Handle claims concerns, including follow-ups, corrections, and resolutions
• Create, submit, and track insurance claims and appeals
• Communicate with insurance providers, residents/patients, and relevant departments regarding billing and claims issues
• Prepare and manage medical billing functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain up-to-date records of claims, billing activities, and insurance information
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies

• 6 months - 1 year BPO experience in a US Healthcare account
• Good working knowledge with Medical Billing (Claims, Benefits, Appeals)
• Excellent verbal & written English skills 
• Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns 
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Adaptability to a changing work environment  
• Ability to remain calm under pressure 
• Proficiency in using computer systems & relevant software 
• Willing to work onsite in Makati
• Amenable working night shift
