💼 About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced RCM Team Lead to manage and guide our billing and coding team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing end-to-end revenue cycle processes, ensuring KPIs are met, and supporting your team’s success through coaching and operational improvements.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day RCM operations, including billing, coding, payment posting, and AR follow-ups
Monitor and analyze RCM performance metrics (e.g., collections, denial rates, TAT)
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements
Conduct team training and performance evaluations
Collaborate with clients to resolve escalations and optimize revenue outcomes
Generate reports and provide recommendations for process improvements

📌 Requirements
Must-haves:

1-2 years of experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management
Previous experience leading or mentoring a team
Strong knowledge of medical coding, claims submission, and insurance follow-ups
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-haves:

Familiar with billing software (e.g., Athena, AdvancedMD, eClinicalWorks)
Knowledge of U.S. healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, CMS, etc.)
