Now Hiring: Remote Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented Remote Medical Receptionist to join our clients healthcare team. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule patient appointments
• Manage patient referrals efficiently
• Perform basic insurance verification tasks
• Stay on Zoom for the entire shift (depending on client requirement)
• Track work hours using Time Doctor

Qualifications

Preferred but not required:

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist, scheduler, or admin assistant
• Familiarity with Endocrinology, Psychiatry, Dermatology, and Pulmonology workflows
• Experience using Elation EMR and Spruce
• Basic knowledge of insurance verification

Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet work environment
• Comfortable staying on Zoom throughout the workday

Offer Details

• Rate: $5/hour for the first 3 months; $6/hour thereafter
• HMO: Provided after 6 months with the client
• Payment Method: Wise
• Payment Cycle: Biweekly
