• Systems: Aptos Merchandising, Momenis, tRS, Explorate Portal, and BI Report Manager
  

Core responsibilities:

• Action Customer Service queries on time
  
• Notify Planner of issues with window stock, especially concerning delivery quantities etc.
  
• Communicate actions and updates with stores and the Planning Team as required
  
• Attend and participate in meetings and prepare documentation where required
  
• File Management
  
• Visit stores and the CFC to obtain feedback and share with the planning team
  
• Ad hoc reporting where required
  
• Preparation of reports and documentation for weekly sales meetings
  
• Update the core item unit flows by style/ color within timeframes
  
• Communicate with CFC on dispatch priorities
  
• Monitor Store sales performance and review CFC stock with Channel Planner
  
• Allocate weekly deliveries in accordance with Allocation meeting as discussed with Planning & Buying teams.
  
• Ensure the correct allocation method is used for each style being allocated as agreed allocation meeting
  
• Review stock in CFC daily and time replenishment to maximize sales
  
• Stock for new, closing and refit stores is managed to deadlines provided by Channel Planner.
  
• Conduct analysis on any focus area as required
  
• Ensure stock required for Etail is allocated within timeframes
  
• Ensure all actions are completed efficiently when notified of an issue in store
