Job Description - Merchandising Admin - Head Office

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and update TDS Data BaseConsolidate and update TDS and Trade Execution Supervisors monthly incentive.Coordination and alignment with Merchandising team and BEI departments (HR issue, Reimbursement and Documentations)Maintain and update template and forms for the Execution team (OSA, Execution Planner, Call Sheet, MCP)Overtime Approval Consolidation and Transpo matrix monitoring.And assist other related task

Job Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
  • Have working experience in an FMCG industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, generating reports)

  • Location: Banawe,Quezon City
