Job Description:

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about e-commerce on platforms like Amazon and Walmart? Join our team as a Remote Data Entry/Merchandising Coordinator! In this role, you will manage day to day operations of the buying team and be responsible for maintaining accurate product data and coordinating merchandising activities to optimize our presence on Amazon and Walmart. This role requires organization, excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables), and a can-do attitude. If you are a self-starter who excels in a remote work environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• 
  Data Entry: Enter and maintain accurate product information, pricing, and inventory levels on our internal data base VRP.


• 
  Merchandising Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate setup of new products, promotions, and campaigns on Amazon and Walmart.


• 
  Quality Control: Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and proactively address any issues related to product listings.


• 
  Cross-Platform Collaboration: Work closely with the buying, marketing, and content teams to ensure alignment between merchandising efforts and overall business goals across Amazon and Walmart.


• 
  Content Optimization: Assist in optimizing product content, including titles, descriptions, and images, to enhance the online shopping experience and drive sales.


• 
  Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product data on Amazon and Walmart, identifying opportunities for improvement.


• 
  Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to streamline data entry and merchandising processes, contributing to overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 
  Proven experience in data entry, preferably within an Amazon or Walmart e-commerce environment.


• 
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage large sets of data.


• 
  Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, or similar e-commerce platforms.


• 
  Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.


• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables).


• 
  Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote work environment.


• 
  Understanding of merchandising principles and customer-centric product presentation.

Requirements:

• 
  2+ years of experience in data entry or merchandising coordinator within retail or chain supply settings.


• 
  Ability to work 9 am - 5 pm EST, and always available to video chat.


• 
  Dual monitor setup PC setup with strong, steady internet connection.
