Merchandising Coordinator (AU Retail, Office-based) Contractual

This is a 12-month Contractual Position

Salary: P40,000-P50,000 (Salary Package)

Schedule: Monday- Friday (6:00AM - 3:00PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevance to the role.
• 2 yrs + data entry
• Previous retail merchandise coordinator experience
• 1 year + Gathering inputs for product / SKU creation in business systems – ERP and digital merchandising
• Retail or product management exposure
• Exposure to product buying and supplier communication    SKU creation platforms e.g. ERP Systems

Nice to Have:

• Good commercial acumen 
• Detail orientated
• Good communicator – information gathering
• Can manage large amounts of data input and timelines

What will you do?

• Creating, managing and enriching product submissions, loading products into the system for our online exclusive business
• Ensuring that all product-related master data is accurate and up to date. This includes maintaining and updating product details such as cost and sell prices, product specifications, and other essential data
• Engaging with product suppliers to gather information required for product submission.
• Ensuring that newly built SKUS are communicated to product suppliers.
• Complete the merchandise set up process for new product submission for handover to the digital team
• Collaborate & communicate with cross-functional teams including digital, drop ship operations and with external suppliers to efficiently deliver accurate and complete new product submissions using the templates and processes to achieve new line targets
