Middle Backend Developer - Hybrid Setup

Work Location: Cubao, Quezon City

Shift Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite / 2x remote)

Role Requirements:

• 3+ years of practical experience in back-end development with solid proficiency in Java or Kotlin, Spring Boot.
• Must have working knowledge of graph databases (Neo4j experience is a must) and relational databases (preferably MySQL).
• Experience with AWS cloud services and understanding of cloud deployment and scaling concepts.
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and understanding of microservices architecture principles.
• Experience with version control systems and agile development practices.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker), serverless concepts, orchestration platforms (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipeline concepts.
• Good English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments.
• Relevant certifications are a plus
