Middle Front-End Engineer

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Location: Cubao, Quezon City

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite / 2x remote)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of practical experience in front-end development with solid proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks including Angular, React, or equivalent technologies.
• Strong understanding of TypeScript/JavaScript fundamentals and modern ES6+ features.
• Experience with component-based architecture and front-end state management
  solutions.
• Practical experience with CSS/SCSS, responsive design principles, and modern HTML5
  standards.
• Working knowledge of RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming concepts.
• Experience with front-end build tools and testing frameworks appropriate for modern web
  development.
• Experience with version control systems and agile development practices.
• Good English communication skills and ability to work effectively in collaborative team
  environments.
• Relevant certifications are a plus
  

Responsibilities:

• Front-End Application Development
  o Develop and maintain user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as
  Angular or React.
  o Build responsive, accessible components that work effectively across different
  devices and browsers.
  o Implement user interface designs and ensure consistent user experience across
  applications.
  o Integrate front-end applications with back-end APIs and handle data flow efficiently
• Component-based Development
  o Create reusable, maintainable components following established design patterns
  and coding standards.
  o Implement state management solutions appropriate for application complexity and
  requirements.
  o Develop interactive features including forms, data visualization, and real-time
  updates.
  o Ensure proper error handling, loading states, and user feedback throughout
  applications.
• Collaborative Engineering
  o Work closely with senior engineers, back-end developers, and designers to deliver
  integrated solutions.
  o Participate actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups,
  and retrospectives.
  o Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions to improve code quality and
  share knowledge.
  o Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and
  deadlines.
• Best Practices
  o Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and
  maintainability
  o Apply performance optimization techniques to improve application speed and
  responsiveness.
  o Implement accessibility best practices (WCAG) to ensure inclusive user
  experiences.
  o Follow established DevOps practices including version control, CI/CD, and
  deployment procedures.
