Job Description - Mid-Level Lead Generation Specialist


Responsibilities







    1. Lead Research & Prospecting
  • Identify potential business leads through job boards, LinkedIn, company websites, and industry platforms.

  • Run outbound outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn messaging, etc.) tailored to our target market.

  • Stay updated on industry trends to help spot new opportunities for engagement.

    2. Qualifying & Engaging Leads

  • Assess and qualify leads to ensure they fit our ideal client profile.

  • Initiate contact with potential clients and engage them in conversations about their team needs and business challenges.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with leads over time, even if they’re not immediately ready to convert.

    3. Tools & Workflow Support

  • Develop a strong understanding of the tools, systems, and processes that support our end-to-end lead generation and sales workflow. This includes but is not limited to CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho), data enrichment tools, scraping platforms, and outreach automation software.

  • Ensure all lead data is accurately recorded, updated, and maintained in alignment with internal standards.

  • Support the Sales team by: Coordinating meeting schedules, compiling proposal documents and organising sales-related materials to ensure a smooth sales cycle

  • Leverage various platforms to conduct market and lead research, identify new business opportunities and support outbound prospecting strategies

  • Regularly review lead performance metrics and pipeline movement. Contribute insights that help refine and optimise our lead generation approach.

    4. Team Collaboration

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

  • Share insights on lead trends, campaign results, and challenges in regular sales meetings.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team for pre-sales documentation and proposal timelines.




Requirements





  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar—or equivalent practical experience.

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development.

  • Comfortable using CRMs (preferably Zoho) and outreach tools.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Able to manage your time well, stay organised, and work independently.

  • A proactive mindset—someone who’s curious, motivated, and not afraid to test new ideas.

  • Experience in remote staffing, outsourcing, or BPO is a plus (but not required).




Work Arrangement




  • Work Setup: On-site

  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 8:00 am flexi start time, should complete nine 9 hours work
