MIS Director (Group for Restaurants)

• Understands the requirements of clients and translates them to applications
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required
• Designing new computer systems and framework
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Risk mitigation planning
• Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT Team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
• Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organization
• Running training sessions and workshop on system processes
• Conducting regular review of systems and generating reports efficiencies and improvement areas
• Structuring and prioritizing business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval
• Developing crystal reports according to the specification/requirements of the user
• System Implementation Procedure and Post-Implementation Support

Job Specifications:

• Can start ASAP
• Willing to work on Ortigas, Pasig City Proficient in SAP
• With experience in POS Management and SQL
• With at least 5 years experience as VP / Head / Director for MIS/ IT
• Must be willing to travel for satellite office/store visits as needed
• Preferably under Food and Beverages Industry
