LOCATION: QUEZON CITY AND CEBU, PHILIPPINESJOB TITLE: MIS EXECUTIVEDesirable Skills:* Good working knowledge of computer i.e., MS-Office* Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills.* Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem solving approach.* Expert knowledge of service procedures.* Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers. * College Graduate/2 years college undergraduate of any field.* 1 - 2 years experience in a reporting roleJob Description* Extracting data from internal and external data source * Working on daily monthly reports* Publishing the report to internal management team and also external client* Maintaining of historical data as defined in the process Roles & Responsibilities:1. Proactively interact with multiple internal/external stakeholders on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for requirements and support required.2. Analyze data and reports from various sources and provide actionable insights and suggestions.3. Responsible to generate, maintain, consolidate and track various reports and send it to customer on a daily basis4. Downloading data from client portal & sharing in a specific requested format5. Work as per the client requirement & adapt the changes based on instructions6. Maintaining TAT/SLA of sharing Reports to the Client at all times.7. Prepare Adhoc reports based on the requirements from the stakeholders.8. Identify the opportunities of automating on the reports, snapshots and dashboards using advanced formulae, Macros and other techniques .9. Consolidate, sort, organize and summarize data using basic mathematical operations10.
