Mktg Process & Governance Specialist

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As a Marketing Process & Governance Specialist, you will support strategic decision-making by providing accurate inventory reporting, analysis, and control mechanisms for the Marketing and Consumer Experience teams. You will also serve as a key point of contact for process governance, contract management, LAMP financial transactions, and DRG documentation tracking, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and timely execution of business requirements.

YOU’RE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Monitor inventory and control-related activities with stakeholders and third-party partners, ensuring issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner


• Validate inventory variances during warehouse audits (Field work) and ensure stock discrepancies are properly investigated, justified, and resolved.


• Ensure accurate monitoring of all inventory records by leading inventory counts across warehouses


• Review existing processes, perform field work and conduct end-to-end assessments to identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization across Marketing.


• Consolidate and report weekly LAMP ageing issues, including open POs, GR/IRs, pending Contract approvals, and other outstanding deliverables.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A bachelor’s degree and minimum two (2) years relevant work experience in marketing, finance, or supply chain


• Experience in working and influencing cross-functional stakeholders


• You are driven, committed and passionate to level up standards and has strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills.


• Good communication skills as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools such as Word and Powerpoint is also required.
