As a Modern Trade Field Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our Smoke-Free Products (SFP) business by developing strong partnerships, executing consumer engagement activities, and managing retail touchpoints within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and strengthen business partnerships.


• Execute consumer engagement and acquisition activities.


• Manage retail touchpoints, inventory, and store execution.


• Develop and implement territory growth plans.


• Achieve assigned sales and business targets.


• Analyze performance data and identify opportunities.


• Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.


• At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, retail operations, or a related role.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.


• Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.


• Willing to do field work within the assigned territory.

Work Location: Marikina Sales Office – should be amenable to be assigned to do field work in areas covered

Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 4:30 AM
