Monitoring Specialist

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the monitoring portals for Client systems
  
• Utilize computerized systems to track and analyze solar systems
  
• Provide communications such as emailing or calling contractors for onsite visits as well as being able to RMA any equipment
  
• Utilize Google Suite and other software to assist with office tasks
  
• Act as solar systems monitor for all company clients and be able to walk them through their portal when they receive PTO
  
• Provide and analyze generated reports to recognize monitoring system errors and be able to troubleshoot remotely if possible
  

Requirements

Qualification:

• Previous experience in data management systems
  
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Monitoring Specialist
  
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and other software applications
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
  
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data monitoring
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  
• Customer service-oriented mindset
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Good english written and communication skills
  
• Experience in using the Enphase system is a plus
