Your responsibilities

• Collection of country-specific financial reports relevant to Ownership data in a timely manner
• Fixing data errors when needed and defining country-specific policies together with members of the Quality Control team
• Be part of cross-teams and cross-location projects to ensure achieving our goals. Ideate and execute Process improvement projects
• Collaborate with other Collection Teams, Data Management, and global teams to achieve organizational goals and promote diversity. Stay abreast of updated guidelines and policies
• Deliver on predefined individual and team targets including delivering outcomes with quality and excellence
• Escalating concerns on time and with the correct line of communication

About you

• Good interpersonal and strong communication skills
• Analytical mindset and strong logical reasoning
• Intermediate technical Skills in Pathfinder and Excel is an advantage
• Soft skills like communication, stakeholder relationships, mentoring
• Attention to detail, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities
• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to detect issues with solutions
• Amenable to work the mid-shift (2 pm - 11 pm)
• Open for fresh graduates with work experience
