• Conceptualize and produce Quantrics-branded audio-visual content for internal and external channels (i.e. podcasts, vlog series, AVPs, promotional videos, social media videos, event videos, award entries, virtual site tours etc.) for Facebook,

  LinkedIn, Tiktok, YouTube etc

• Work closely with the Communications & Marketing Team to produce original content that amplify the Quantrics identity, values and core messaging

• Implement the video production life cycle from pre-production, production to post-production phase which include scriptwriting, storyboarding, shooting, editing and publishing

• Ensure fulfillment of projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality expectations are met

• Apply production techniques such as lighting, framing, sound & set design to produce unique and appealing audio-visual content

• Participate in huddles, production meetings, shoots, events, and other activities as needed

• Review all content to ensure accuracy and quality

• Provide additional support to team projects as needed

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Business

  Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent

• At least 36 months of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably 4-5 years experienced employees specializing in Graphic Design / Multimedia Design using computer aided software in creative media agencies or equal capacity and creation of marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, video, banner ads, etc.)
• Proven working experience in digital content production or as a Content Creator/Producer
• Must be technically proficient in design software products (e.g. Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro etc.)

  and other video production software and applications

• Above average photography, videography skills are a MUST
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Adept at building relationships
• Highly organized and works well under pressure
• Capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Confident in problem-solving and decision-making
• Able to work with teams and independently
• A positive and enthusiastic work attitude
