Multimedia Specialist

Design and produce motion graphics involving typography, photography, live video and/or animation

Design and create concept mood boards, storyboards, animation sketches, sample animatics, including music and voice over

Create custom illustrations or other graphic elements.

Work closely with creative team and third-party collaborators to deliver completed projects

Collaborate with the Creative Director/s to take direction in creative and client strategy as well as develop design solutions.

Remain abreast of relevant industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and effectively apply this knowledge to all aspects of the position

Maintain a high level of quality control through reviewing, and proofing own work

Execute other duties as assigned by the Management including, but not limited to, occasional prod-related event/field work.

Digital Content and PR Specialist

Develop, implement, and manage social media and public relations strategies for our agency and clients, aligning with business goals.

Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).

Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.

Design and implement social media and PR campaigns, ad placements, and distribution strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

Collaborate with the Chief Creative Officer and other team members to ensure content is informative and appealing.

Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews, providing actionable insights.

Handle public relations communications, press releases, and media inquiries to enhance brand reputation and visibility.

Analyze social media and PR data, generate monthly reports, and suggest recommendations for improvements.

Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.

Execute various related operational tasks assigned.

Account Executive

Handle various creative/advertising projects from beginning to completion.

Execute project briefs by managing and assigning tasks to the creative, production and social media team

Ensure timely submission of deliverables.

Check all submissions and ensure its faithfulness to the brief.

Submit/present creative work to clients for approval.

Facilitate regular and effective communication with client and team throughout the duration of the project.

Manage all client needs and issues and ensure immediate resolution.

Provide necessary support to the Accounts team and other departments as necessary.

Execute other tasks assigned by the Management.
