DIRECT HIRING!NATIONAL ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER Qualifications: • Male/female, between 30 -40 years old • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing major or related course • With 4 – 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, with at least two years of experience of leading a regional sales team. • With the ability to analyze sales performance metrics and creative in developing sales strategies • Adept in seeking business opportunities • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills • Strong team management skills • With excellent communication skills Responsibilities: • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets • Monitor closely nationwide sales performance • Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements • Establish productive and professional relationships with the Trade (supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores, groceries, wholesalers, etc.) • Negotiate and come up with mutually beneficial agreements with key accounts. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies • Motivate, mentor and coach team members to further develop their competencies
