Job Description - National Sales Manager (Diagnostics)

JOB SUMMARY


The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. This role involves leading a nationwide sales team, managing key accounts, and ensuring the successful execution of sales plans. He/she should interface with Business Partners (principals) and key customers to sustain good business relationships.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and profitability.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of key accounts and sales specialists.

  • Establish and maintain productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.

  • Collaborate with different internal GHC units to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and ensure completion of agreed tasks.


QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Science, or related courses

  • Minimum of years (10) years working experience in Medical Device inclusive of the Diagnostics industry ; Five (5) of which at least in Managerial level.

  • Must have solid sales strategy, planning, and execution.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

  • Results-oriented with growth mindset.
