Key Responsibilities
STRATEGIC SALES PLANNING
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the competition.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, home healthcare providers, and disaster relief organizations.
- Expand our customer base and build long-term business relationships.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
TEAM LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture, set clear objectives, and provide ongoing training and support to help the team achieve their goals.
PRODUCT DEMONSTRATIONS & PRESENTATION
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the every product system to potential clients.
- Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the system's capabilities and applications.
SALES REPORTING & FORECASTING
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress towards goals.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies as needed.
EVENT PARTICIPATION ?
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
- Promote the product and build relationships with potential clients and industry influencers.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications
- With proven track record in sales management within the HEALTH TECHNOLOGY sector.
- With strong understanding of telehealth systems and medical diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willing to work on site
