About the role

The Net Operating Income Analyst is responsible for owning and improving GoTyme Bank net operating income reporting, product P&L analysis, revenue and margin variance commentary, and profitability projections. The role helps Finance and business leaders understand what is driving performance, which propositions are creating value, and how growth translates into sustainable profitability.

• Own monthly net operating income reporting for GoTyme Bank, including revenue, direct cost attribution to products, and NOI views by product and customer segment where available.
• Dissect profit and loss reports by key product and advise business units on the financial performance, profitability drivers, and commercial implications of key propositions.
• Prepare revenue, margin, and NOI variance analysis for actuals against budget, forecast, plan, and prior periods.
• Support monthly management reports, group reporting templates and board pack inputs with accurate numbers and concise commentary.
• Work with business, product, data, and accounting teams to validate drivers of NOI.
• Build financial projections for market opportunities, product initiatives, customer growth, pricing changes, and profitability scenarios.
• Support the budget and reforecast cycles for revenue, gross income, product profitability and net operating income.
• Maintain reporting templates and financial models used for management information, group submissions, and decision support.
• Convert accounting outputs and business metrics into actionable financial insights for management and business unit owners.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities in recurring performance reporting, variance analysis, and projection models.
• Generate regular market scans for purpose of competitor analysis

Must Haves

• Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related degrees
• Advanced Excel; financial modelling; P&L analysis; revenue and margin analytics; variance commentary
• Banking experience 1-5 years is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Analytical thinking, structured problem solving, ownership, strong communication, stakeholder management, accuracy under deadlines, and comfort working with financial systems and large datasets
