Netsuite Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Implementation Consultant to lead and manage NetSuite ERP implementations for a U.S.-based client. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in NetSuite configuration, data migration, and client training. You will work directly with stakeholders to analyze business needs, customize NetSuite solutions, and ensure successful end-to-end deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage NetSuite ERP implementations for clients across a variety of industries
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business processes and requirements
- Configure NetSuite modules (Financials, Inventory, CRM, Projects, etc.) to meet business needs
- Perform data migration and ensure data integrity during the transition
- Develop and deliver customized training and documentation for end-users
- Troubleshoot issues, support UAT, and optimize system performance post-implementation
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Provide ongoing support and NetSuite system enhancements post go-live

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP core modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in client-facing roles with strong project management acumen
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
