NetSuite Implementation Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Implementation Consultant to join our team, with a focus on delivering solutions for non-profit organizations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite implementations and a deep understanding of fund accounting, particularly Release from Restriction (RFR) transactions. You will play a critical role in configuring, customizing, and optimizing NetSuite to meet the unique needs of our non-profit clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end NetSuite implementations for non-profit clients
• Configure and customize NetSuite to support fund accounting, grants management, and donor tracking
• Implement and manage Release from Restriction (RFR) transaction processes
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure compliance with GAAP and non-profit accounting standards
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and NetSuite configurations
• Provide training and support to users throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Create detailed documentation and ensure system integrity post-go-live
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience implementing and configuring NetSuite, preferably for non-profit organizations
• Strong understanding of non-profit accounting principles, including fund accounting and RFR transactions
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite modules such as Financials, Grants, and Donor Management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time and within scope
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• NetSuite Certification (ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation)
• Experience with NetSuite SuiteSuccess for Nonprofits
• Background in auditing or compliance within the non-profit space
• Familiarity with FASB and GAAP standards for non-profit entities
