Job Description - NetSuite Support Specialist

Position Title: ERP Admin

Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor

Primary Relationships: Partner Team

Date: June 2024

Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM PHT

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support day-to-day operations of NetSuite ERP system.

  • Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.

  • Provide first-line support for NetSuite-related issues, troubleshoot, and resolve them in a timely manner.

  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.

  • Develop and maintain custom reports, saved searches, and dashboards.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role

  • Strong proficiency in NetSuite ERP system administration and configuration

  • Knowledge of data management, SQL, and integration tools

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
