Job Description - Netsuite Technical Support

Position: Netsuite Technical Support

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Netsuite Technical Support to join our team in Manila. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Netsuite and be able to provide technical support to our clients. The Netsuite Technical Support will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing guidance and training to clients, and ensuring the smooth operation of Netsuite systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to clients using Netsuite software

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Netsuite systems

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Conduct training and provide guidance to clients on how to use Netsuite effectively

- Collaborate with the development team to resolve complex technical issues

- Ensure the smooth operation of Netsuite systems for clients

- Keep up-to-date with new Netsuite features and provide recommendations for their implementation

- Document and maintain technical support processes and procedures

- Provide timely and accurate updates to clients on their technical issues

- Act as a liaison between clients and the development team for bug fixes and enhancements

- Participate in team meetings and provide insights and suggestions for improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- At least 3 years of experience in technical support, preferably with Netsuite software

- Strong knowledge of Netsuite ERP and CRM modules

- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

- Netsuite certification is a plus
