- Analyse, identify and suggest solutions to technical problems within multiple domains.

- Engage in dialogue with customers to identify areas of improvement and technological challenges.

- Gather customer requirements directly or through Request for Quotations (RFQ).

- Define the scope of work for a design or optimization service.

- Estimate the cost of sales for service proposals, including workforce, tools, travel, and expenses.
