Network Manager

• Network Management: Oversee the daily operations of the network team, ensuring the stability, performance, and security of the network infrastructure.
  
• Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to network engineers, fostering a collaborative and high -performance culture.
  
• Technical Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of Fortinet products (Fortigate firewall, Fortianalyzer, Forticlient, SDWAN) and layer 2/3 networking to design, implement, and manage network solutions.
  
• Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with industry standards such as PCI, ISO27001, and SOC2 Type 2. Implement security best practices to protect network integrity.
  
• Communication: Collaborate with cross -functional teams and communicate complex technical information to non -technical stakeholders effectively.
  
• Project Management: Lead and manage network -related projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in network performance and security.
  

Requirements

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of network engineering experience.
    
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in a similar role.
    
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Fortinet products, including Fortigate firewall, Fortianalyzer, Forticlient, and SDWAN.
    
  • Strong knowledge of layer 2 and layer 3 networking.
    
• Compliance Knowledge: Experience with compliance standards such as PCI, ISO27001, and SOC2 Type 2 is highly desirable.
  
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Fortinet NSE, CCNP, or CISSP are a plus.
