Network Operation Center (ONSITE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor network performance and availability using industry-standard monitoring tools.
• Quickly identify, document, and escalate technical issues according to established procedures.
• Perform initial troubleshooting for network-related incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with engineering and support teams to resolve more complex network issues.
• Maintain thorough records of incidents and service requests to support reporting and analysis.
• Assist in implementing routine maintenance and upgrades to network systems.
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and best practices for NOC operations.
• Provide high-quality customer service and communication during incident resolution.
• Stay informed of new technologies and best practices in network operations.

1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

2. Previous experience in a Network Operations Center or similar role is desirable.

3. Basic understanding of networking principles, including knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, and switches.

4. Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as PRTG, SolarWinds, or Nagios is a plus.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot network issues.

6. Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly.

7. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to cover 24/7 operations.
