New Job Opening: Fund Accountant in Manila, Philippines

What You’ll Do

• Ensure all client deliverables are in line with service agreements


• Maintenance of accounting records including entering transactions into Reckon (experience helpful but not essential) accounting software


• Processing of investor transactions


• Tax compliance including distribution calculations and BAS returns


• Liaison with external auditors and service providers


• Preparation of annual Financial Statements


• Preparation of periodical management reporting packs.

Key Criteria

• At least three years of experience in Fund Accounting, with a strong background in Balance Sheet and P&L management, bookkeeping, journal entries, financial statement preparation, and reporting. Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in finance assets financial instruments.


• Has worked at least one year in another job preparing financial statement or NAVs (Net Asset Value)


• Experience with Geneva World Investor product is a big advantage


• High attention to detail


• Understand the importance of confidentiality

Work setup

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) after a 3-month training onsite.
