Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for independently executing sales activities to acquire new clients and generate revenue. This role manages assigned leads, conducts outbound outreach, and progresses prospects through the sales funnel in line with defined processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and SMS to support interviews and placements.


• Manage employer relationships and track hiring metrics to meet KPIs.

Job Seeker Support:

• Match candidates to suitable roles and explain job benefits and requirements.


• Review profiles and suggest resume improvements.

Employer Support:

• Address hiring needs and promote Jobley candidates and services.


• Schedule interviews and submit qualified candidates regularly.

Client Engagement

• Communicate clearly and professionally with US-based clients


• Handle basic objections and negotiations within defined parameters

KPI Ownership

• Revenue or order volume


• Conversion and close rates


• Activity volume (calls, follow-ups)


• CRM accuracy and timeliness

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least a graduate of high school.


• At least 2 years of contact center (B2B/SaaS) sales experience with exposure in using any CRM.


• Strong English negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions and build strong client relationships.

Work Schedule: Full-Time Onsite

Shift Schedule: Flexible Graveyard Shift (9PM-6AM / 10PM-7AM / 11PM-8AM)
