What You’ll Do

• Support the administration of commercial insurance portfolios, including renewals, endorsements, policy amendments, cancellations, and client servicing activities.


• Coordinate with clients, insurers, and underwriters to obtain information, manage follow-ups, and facilitate policy transactions.


• Monitor renewal pipelines, pre-renewal activities, and outstanding requirements to ensure timely policy processing and servicing.


• Prepare and maintain policy documentation, certificates, invoices, correspondence, compliance records, and other insurance-related documentation.


• Manage broker and administration inboxes, respond to client enquiries, and coordinate follow-up actions across multiple stakeholders.


• Assist with debtor management, premium collection activities, and outstanding payment follow-ups.


• Act as a key support partner to the brokers by proactively identifying outstanding tasks and helping drive matters through to completion.

Key Criteria

• At least 3 years' experience in Australian insurance broking support, insurance administration, or a similar broker support role.


• Demonstrated experience across renewals, pre-renewals, client servicing, policy administration, compliance, and broker support activities.


• Strong understanding of commercial insurance processes and the servicing requirements of an existing client portfolio.


• Experience using WinBEAT, Insight, Steadfast-related platforms, or similar insurance broking systems.


• Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and work with minimal supervision.


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and high email volumes.


• Confident communicator who can build effective relationships with brokers, clients, insurers, and underwriters.

Work Set Up

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian business hours (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT) with full onsite work during the first 3-6 months. Hybrid working arrangements may be considered thereafter, subject to performance and business requirements
