What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and support a team of schedulers to meet performance, quality, and productivity targets


• Oversee daily scheduling operations, ensuring timely and accurate exam coordination across systems, portals, and physician offices


• Monitor team workload, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources to meet deadlines and service levels


• Maintain professional communication with physicians, clients, and internal stakeholders, resolving escalations as needed


• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance, providing feedback and driving process improvements

 Key Criteria

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading a healthcare/insurance scheduling or call support team with hands-on experience in patient coordination and appointment management


• Proficient in handling high-volume calls and administrative tasks


• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English


• Highly organized with excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines

 Work setup:

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Eastern time hours of 8:30AM to 5:30PM (8:30PM – 5:30AM PHT) with a full onsite model.
