What You’ll Do

• Create high-volume digital assets across e-commerce and paid media, including homepage banners, collection page banners, paid social ads, and email creatives.


• Produce creative assets across Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada, and the UK, supporting daily campaign and advertising requirements.


• Adapt global hero campaigns into channel-specific and market-specific variations across paid social, website, and email.


• Develop creative iterations and unique ad concepts within established brand guidelines, particularly for regional and influencer-led campaigns.


• Work closely with E-commerce Managers, Coordinators, and the CRM team to deliver creative assets based on daily briefs.


• Collaborate with the Global Creative Team to ensure campaign adaptations remain consistent with the overall brand direction.


• Contribute creative ideas and variations for A/B testing, supporting the Digital team’s campaign optimization efforts.


• Manage multiple creative requests and priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ensuring assets are delivered on time and ahead of campaign launches.


• Support increased creative production during key trading periods major promotional campaigns and product launches.

Key Criteria

• 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within a fast-paced digital, e-commerce, or performance marketing environment.


• Retail, fashion, or sportswear industry experience is advantageous.


• Proven experience creating paid social advertising and e-commerce creative across multiple digital channels and formats.


• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, with the ability to adapt creative assets efficiently at scale.


• Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing.


• Strong understanding of digital creative for paid media, e-commerce, website, and email.


• Able to manage high-volume creative requests, prioritize competing briefs, and deliver quality work within tight deadlines.


• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an adaptable, proactive, and feedback-oriented approach.


• Experience with email design, AI-assisted creative workflows, Figma, Shopify, or international e-commerce markets (Australia, US, or EMEA) is a plus.

Work setup

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): 6 AM - 3 PM (PHT) fully onsite during the probation period, with a hybrid setup after probation
