Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

• Ensure all locations consistently meet company operating standards.


• Monitor sales pipeline, occupancy, and revenue performance.


• Ensure sales targets are consistently achieved.


• Coach and mentor the sales team.


• Review pricing, promotions, and sales strategies.


• Identify new revenue opportunities.


• Oversee execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.


• Ensure social media, events, partnerships, and community engagement support occupancy goals.


• Monitor brand consistency across all locations.


• Evaluate marketing ROI and recommend improvements.


• Lead, coach, and mentor department heads.


• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with key staff.


• Build a high-performance, accountability-driven culture.


• Identify staffing needs and succession opportunities.


• Develop and implement KPIs for every department.


• Conduct quarterly and annual performance evaluations.


• Create improvement plans for underperforming employees.


• Recommend promotions, incentives, disciplinary actions, and training.


• Ensure SOPs are followed consistently.


• Monitor budgets and operating expenses.


• Review monthly P&L performance.


• Identify cost-saving opportunities.


• Ensure operational efficiency without compromising service quality

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree


• 5 years and above related sales operations experiences


• At least 3 years or above of people management experience


• Exposure in co-working space industry is an advantage

Work Schedule: Day Shift (9am-6pm)

Work Set-up: Hybrid 3x per week, Makati City
