Job Description

The position is responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities with a strong focus on high-volume and fast-paced hiring requirements. It manages candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, recruitment events, candidate engagement, and hiring administration to ensure the timely fulfillment of manpower requirements. The role works closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to build strong talent pipelines and deliver quality hires aligned with organizational needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

You will:

• Execute end-to-end recruitment activities from candidate sourcing through onboarding endorsement.


• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, job fairs, campus recruitment programs, government partnerships, and other sourcing channels.


• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit for open positions.


• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines to support immediate and future hiring requirements.


• Conduct candidate follow-ups to improve interview attendance, offer acceptance, and onboarding conversion rates.


• Manage recruitment portals, sourcing platforms, and applicant tracking systems.


• Implement creative sourcing strategies to continuously strengthen talent pipelines.


• Support high-volume and recurring recruitment requirements across various business functions.


• Monitor recruitment progress and ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process.


• Identify recruitment bottlenecks and escalate concerns to management.


• Participate in job fairs, hiring events, campus recruitment activities, and mass hiring campaigns.


• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and recruitment schedules with hiring managers and business stakeholders.


• Consolidate interview feedback and provide timely updates to candidates.


• Support job offer preparation, candidate documentation, and onboarding coordination.


• Ensure candidates receive a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.


• Maintain partnerships with schools, government agencies, recruitment firms, and external sourcing partners.


• Prepare recruitment reports, maintain candidate records, and monitor recruitment metrics.


• Track sourcing effectiveness, conversion rates, onboarding outcomes, and hiring performance indicators.


• Provide regular recruitment updates and identify gaps against established hiring targets.

 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

• You must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.


• You must have at least 4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.


• You must have strong experience in high-volume and fast-paced recruitment environments.


• You must have proven experience managing recruitment pipelines and achieving hiring targets.


• You must have strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, recruitment channels, and recruitment funnel management.


• You must have experience participating in job fairs, mass hiring initiatives, campus recruitment programs, and other talent sourcing activities.


• You must have strong candidate engagement and relationship management skills.


• You must have good analytical skills and the ability to monitor and interpret recruitment metrics.


• You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• You must be highly organized and capable of handling multiple candidates, interviews, and hiring priorities simultaneously.


• You must demonstrate urgency, accountability, and adaptability in rapidly changing environments.


• You must be willing to be hands-on in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recruitment events.


• You must have experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms; familiarity with Manatal or similar systems is an advantage.
