NOA Finance Functional Solution Manager

Role description: Leads the delivery of all functional changes within the Non-Oracle Finance (ERP) Applications portfolio. Designs and/or oversees that the functional solutions are aligned with global standards.

Collaboration:

• Collaborates and communicates with Finance domain BPOs, BPEs, KBUs, and EU’s.


• Collaborates with the product owners, Technical Solution Manager(s) and the vendor parties to ensure that the solution meets the business needs.


• Collaborates with wider NOA & OOO teams to ensure consistency and standards followed for project management, documentations and approach.

Application Support & Maintenance

• Ensures global standardization and cohesion in the Non Oracle solutions across business units with a focus on business efficiency and user experience​.


• Demonstrates Finance business process knowledge and Finance domain knowledge to efficiently deliver on solutions.


• Supports Arcadis 3rd party vendors in assessing & validating proposed solutions and /or creates proposed solutions to address incidents/problems.


• Join development partner sessions to actively influence product development and thereby improving business efficiency.

Project Delivery & Continuous Improvement

• Project Manage the implementation of new applications and major changes to ensure that the project meets its goals.


• Collaborates with Product Owners, BPOs, BPEs, and NOA Directors to design and deliver continuous improvement projects in relevant domain portfolio.


• Oversees functional solution development, documentations and including functional testing to ensure that solutions follow best design practices.


• Acts as the functional counterpart (delivery lead) to 3rd party vendors.

Vendor Management

• Reviews & Approves proposed functional solutions created by third parties.


• Works with 3rd parties to ensure projects are delivered in within scope, budget & quality.

Key Shared Accountabilities:

• Partnership with other OEA Lanes, Teams, OOO and NOA Domains to exceed business expectations.


• Functional solution decisions with OIM Lane.


• Testing of new implementations (devs) with KBUs


• Non Oracle SOP and training materials for business

Qualifications & Experience:

• ​Minimum of 7 years’ hands-on experience with Finance (ERP) domain application configuration.


• ​Demonstrated experience in Project Managing software implementation projects.


• ​Demonstrated experience in business process management and workflows.


• ​Demonstrated experience in successfully designing/delivering functional changes and/or solutions in a global company with a complex business environment.
