Leading NOC Operations: Manage daily NOC performance, resource allocation, workforce planning, and SLA/KPI delivery across all managed clients.

Driving Technical Leadership: Act as the senior technical escalation point for major incident management, complex network fault resolution, and technical governance.

Scaling Managed Services (MSP): Develop scalable service delivery frameworks, enhance service catalogs, and drive operational efficiency and automation.

Mentoring & Team Building: Coach, develop, and empower a high-performing team of network engineers and NOC officers.

Managing Stakeholders & Escalations: Serve as the primary operational contact for key client escalations and conduct periodic service performance reviews.

Continuous Service Improvement: Drive proactive monitoring initiatives, post-incident reviews (PIR), and root-cause analyses to prevent repeat incidents.

Experience: 3+ years in a NOC Manager, Technical Lead, Service Delivery Manager, or Senior Network Engineer role within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.

Technical Expertise: Strong background in enterprise networking, IT infrastructure management, SLA delivery, and incident handling.

Hands-on Capability: Proven capability to troubleshoot, validate, and guide enterprise network solution designs and escalations.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in coaching team members, managing workforce capacity, and leading high-performing technical teams.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with strong customer-facing and conflict resolution abilities.

Cisco CCNP Enterprise, CCIE, or ITIL Foundation / Practitioner certifications.

Hands-on experience with Cisco Enterprise, Cisco Meraki, Aruba Networking, SD-WAN, Enterprise Wireless, or Network Security solutions.

Proficiency with monitoring, ticketing, and alerting platforms (e.g., ConnectWise, ServiceNow, LogicMonitor, SolarWinds).
