We will count on you to troubleshoot, remediate, and resolve network-related incidents within agreed SLAs while delivering a client-first experience. Along the way, you will get to: \n\u2022 Perform incident triage and analysis across LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and Network-as-a-Service environments. \n\u2022 Provide remote troubleshooting to isolate, remediate, and resolve network and system issues. \n\u2022 Perform intermediate-level maintenance, administration, and management of routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and other network devices. \n\u2022 Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve complex network-related incidents.\n\nBe AmbITious\n\n \nThis opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow.
