NodeJS Developer

Position Title: Node.js Developer
Location: Ayala Avenue, Makati City, NCR
Work arrangements: Hybrid – 3 days a week from office

We are seeking a skilled Node.js Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of proven experience in Node.js development and a strong passion for building high-performance applications and services.

Position Overview:
As a Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side components, optimizing database performance, and ensuring seamless integration with front-end systems. You will play a critical role in creating scalable, secure, and efficient back-end services that support our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of proven experience as a Node.js Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js.
• Experience with server-side frameworks and libraries such as Express.js.
• Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Proficiency in writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of security practices and protocols, including data encryption and access control.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for back-end systems.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
