Job Description

• Drives introduction of  NOW Corporation to the region
• To Identify and create partnerships with building owners to establish hubs on strategic locations.
• To analyze and have a full understanding of the customers’ need, what the company has to offer, identifies opportunities, create and execute plans to achieve targets.
• Has relationship with key customers in coordination with the Account Team
• Creates and communicates value proposition and company unique sales points to customers
• Feeds the market requirements to the Solution Management
• Has excellent network in the region
• Expertise in Market and Analysis
• Supports the partners with Partner Management

Qualifications:

• Min 5 years (Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee)
• must be located to Cebu or Davao
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

Experience / Skills:

• Ideally 5+ years of industry experience (preferably in the  TELCO industry)
• Solution selling and marketing experience
• Experience in building customer solutions and technical argumentation
• Experience in building customer biz cases, differentiation, positioning and value propositions
• Strong understanding of telecom operators business, business processes, industry players and business trends
• Good sales and relationship skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proactive and results driven
• Good knowledge of ICT-networks including but not limited to IP, PSTN, mobile, cable, and transmission.
