YOUR ROLE 

Your specific activities is the development and validation of new process bricks by establishing robust process setting, materials and equipment capability to enable successful development and release of new products to mass production.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO NEW PRODUCT INTRODUC TION

Execute / Lead specific projects in supporting the new process brick (process setting, materials) development from Mat 10 validation up to Mat 20 qualification release.

Supports the Line stressing activities of new products/processes towards seamless launch to mass production in meeting performance objectives in Yield, Quality and Cost.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO MFG OPERATIONS

Participates in the execution of  activities in resolution of major process technical issue (as directed by the NPI Process superiors  by utilizing expertise in the assy process with available tools,  methodologies.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Lead  specific projects  for continous quality improvement of new products and processes in NPI.

Ensures proactive quality compliance of new products. In case of technical issues,  analyzes and identify root cause of the problems, recommends corrective actions , evaluate effectiveness of corrective action taken in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
 

COST MANAGEMENT

Lead and executes planned activities on material cost reduction projects and process simplification activities as early as development stage of new products. 

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• With a minimum  Bachelor’s degree in either: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics,Computer, Chemical or Materials Engineering. 


• min 5 year of experience in Assy Process development, 8 years in Semiconductors assembly. 


•   Understanding IC Assembly Flow , Process and Equipment   
  'Basic Problem solving Methodologies


• -  Advanced Product Quality Planning concepts
  '-  Fundamentals of Reliability Test
  '-  Advanced  machine operation, set-up and troubleshooting.
  '-  Undertands and specify basic tool and fixtures design. 
  '-  Understands and specify basic direct material properties.
