Key Responsibilities

• Track & Trace: follow schedules and update new bookings and changes in designated tracking excel sheets and CW1 for both internal and external use.


• Administrative tasks  in CW1: Document upload to edocs, cost/revenue upload on billing tab, opening and updating of shipments, consols, transport bookings based on the provided information of the OPS team. Manifest creation & sendout, document pack creation from edocs downloads.


• Off-TMS administrative tasks: providing on-the-go administrative help based on current needs the team. Current tasks including, but not limited to, the following: SI & VGM upload, forwarding instructions to Shipping line’s sites, SI sendout in email form, obtaining insurance on partner’s website based on team instructions, incoming invoice handling (checking, rate upload to system, forwarding to finance/admin team)

Requirements & Qualifications

• Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for daily rate card building.


• System Experience: Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems; specific experience with CargoWise is a significant advantage.


• Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of logistics, freight forwarding terminology (e.g., port-to-port, shipping lines, validity), and terms and conditions. Familiarity with shipping line’s webpages, tracking functions and analytical skills of the provided data.


• Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle complex data, follow strict instructions, and manage a daily volume of admin tasks with high accuracy.
