Job Description - Office Administrator

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and providing support to our client’s sales team members. This position requires a candidate with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
This role calls you to work from 4:30 AM - 1:30 PM PHT.

Some of the things we expect you to do are to:

  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering and maintaining inventory.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
  • Coordinate office events, lunches, and other activities.
  • Attend all training sessions as directed by the department manager.
  • Attend and participate in quarterly one-on-one meetings with the Management Assistant.

Requirements

We would need you to be or have the following:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and professional demeanour.

It would be awesome if you are or also have:

  • Background in Accounting is a huge plus!
