Hybrid Purpose of Role: As the Online Learning Developer, you will join our dynamic Team of Learning Developers, located globally with the Weir business.
With your experience in systems learning design and development and with a passion for producing excellent quality learning content, you will be delivering world-class training to the various business stakeholders.

Design and develop course content and learning materials using Articulate Rise 360
Design and develop process flows and learning materials using SAP Enable Now & Microsoft Visio
Use a variety of content development tools such as Articulate Rise 360, SAP Enable Now & Microsoft Visio to design and develop courses, process flows and learning materials
Facilitate knowledge gathering sessions with subject matter experts to develop learning content.
Conduct learning needs analysis
Deliver group learning sessions through face to face or via Teams.
Develop quick reference guides, supporting materials, post learning assessments and knowledge checklists
Manage document reviews and approval processes and maintain SharePoint communication and project sites
Assign and publish content to the corporate learning management system

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Relevant qualifications in Learning Development and Design
5 to 10 years’ experience in SAP learning design, development and delivery using SAP Enable Now or similar programs
Proven experience with process mapping, sharepoint and cloud-based platforms
Exceptional visual, written, and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to branding guidelines.
Ability to work independently, self-manage projects to deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
