Job Description - Online Shopping Concierge

We’re hiring an Online Shopping Concierge to provide exceptional support to customers.

Your Role:

Assist shoppers with orders, inquiries, and returns
Recommend products tailored to customer needs
Track and update order statuses
Ensure accurate record-keeping

Requirements:

1+ year of customer service or e-commerce experience
Strong communication and sales skills
Familiarity with Shopify and CRM platforms
Detail-oriented and customer-focused
Ability to work remotely
