As an Onsite Accountant, you perform a range of services, including bookkeeping, tax preparation, financial analysis, and more, using digital tools and communication technologies. Your services will be outsourced to our direct clients where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10:00 PM- 7:00 AM PHT, Full time In-Office
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
General Ledger Maintenance
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, including recording financial transactions, accruals, and adjustments.
Analyze accounts and investigate discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy.
Accounts Payable
Manage accounts payable functions, including verifying invoices, processing payments, and maintaining vendor relationships.
Bank Reconciliation
Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Maintain records of financial transactions and ensure they align with bank statements.
Financial Analysis
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights into the organization's financial performance.
Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA).
2 years of experience in accounting/audit
Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel and Google sheets.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial standards.
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 35,000php - 40,000php New hire bonus of 5,000php Risk Allowance of 2,000php
