We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Specialist to support account managers, handle customer requests, and ensure smooth invoicing processes. In this role, you will nurture client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the drive to achieve sales targets while delivering excellent service to our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
• Support senior sales/account managers with daily service -related requests and incident handling.
• Help the senior sales/account manager fulfill technical customer requests via email (linking users, changing roles, adding new users, providing invoices, etc).
• Ensure a smooth invoicing process for our customers through an invoicing portal of our API partner.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Nurture existing client relationships and build long -term partnerships.
• Participate in sales meetings and provide regular updates on performance.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
• Continuously develop your sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements
Qualifications:
• 3 -5 years of experience in account management, sales or a related field
• Good English communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Prior experience in the mobility, hospitality, luxury or travel industries is a plus
